Prescription Refill

We always want our patients to have the medications that your doctor has prescribed, and we are diligent about taking care of every request for a refill as soon as possible.

Please call in your prescription needs during our regular office hours,
Monday through Friday, from 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.

Have the following information at hand when you call:

• Prescription number

• Name and phone number of your pharmacy

• Name of your medication and dosage

Allow at least 24 hours notice when requesting your refills.
