Dr. Christopher Kager named Fellow of the American College of Surgeons

Christopher D. Kager, M.D., a neurosurgeon in practice with Lancaster NeuroScience & Spine Associates, became a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons at the association’s 2006 clinical congress in San Francisco.

Dr. Kager is board certified in neurological surgery, and his concentration is complex spinal surgery. A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine, he completed his General Surgery Internship and his Neurosurgical Residency at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center, where he was Chief Resident. He served his Fellowship in Spine Surgery at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation, and joined Lancaster NeuroScience & Spine Associates in 2001.

He is a member of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons; the Congress of Neurological Surgeons; the North American Spine Society; the American Medical Association; the Pennsylvania Medical Society; the Pennsylvania Neurosurgical Society; and the Lancaster County Medical Society.
