Welcome William T. Monacci, M.D.
Colonel William T. Monacci, M.D. is a Pennsylvania native whose most recent post was Neurosurgery Consultant to the Army Surgeon General. A graduate of the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, Dr. Monacci earned his medical degree from the Uniformed Services University of the Health Sciences School of Medicine, Bethesda, MD. He served his Internship and Neurosurgery Residency at Walter Reed Army Medical Center, and completed Fellowships at the National Institute of Health, Bethesda, and George Washington University Hospital, Washington, D.C.
In addition to his work with the Army Surgeon General, Dr. Monacci was Assistant Chief of Service, and Chief of Cranial Base Surgery at Walter Reed. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Neurological Surgeons and of the National Board of Medical Examiners.
Dr. Monacci will specialize in spine surgery and cranial surgery.
