The demand for skilled nurses has created a volatile climate of frequent job changes for many of these qualified, competent health care professionals. In order to guarantee the stability and continuity of the finest nursing care for our patients, Lancaster NeuroScience & Spine Associates employs its own nursing staff.
Each LNSA neurosurgeon has either a Physician Assistant, or a nurse with graduate specialized training, assisting him before, during and after surgery. Additionally, LNSA employs its own Registered Nurse at Lancaster General Hospital and Lancaster Regional Medical Center to assist with the care of our patients before and after surgery. |
