When surgery is required
We are fortunate to be associated with excellent facilities and skilled staffs of area hospitals. We provide videotapes with informative explanations of our most frequently performed surgical procedures.
The physician who has been seeing you will supervise your preparation for surgery, perform the surgery, and supervise your recovery and rehabilitation. If you are hospitalized over a weekend or holiday, you may be seen by other LNSA physicians who are on call.
During your hospital stay, the services of our hospital nurse-coordinator will be available to you. This professional will help with your admission, discharge, pre-operative, and post-operative advice and instruction. LNSA's wound-care nurse will perform your post-operative dressing changes and removal of sutures.
